Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
You may receive several shipments in order to complete the fulfillment of your order and will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.

We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping.
