I still don’t understand why this value of this blanket is so high , maybe I don’t understand the technology behind it however I have to say it does feel cool even to touch straight out of the box

This cooling comforter is fantastic! It actually works. (Maybe too well) It stays very cool for a long time. I’m a hot sleeper, so I figure this would help. The first time I used it, the moment it touched my skin I had to throw it off instantly, it was SO COLD. Like being dropped in freezing water. I think it was mostly the shock of it that made me react like that though, because when I tried it again I adjusted quickly and it felt wonderful.

I actually love this. It really helps keep me cool during the night.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this NASA cooling comforter, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it works! It keeps me cool while ensuring I stay warm enough, striking the perfect balance. I got this for my 13yo son. His room is upstairs where it tends to be warmer and he's a hot sleeper and often it negatively impacts his sleep. It does have a pretty decent cooling effect. He loves his fuzzy blankets, but they hold too much heat. I was really concerned this would be too big of a difference in texture (he's got tactile sensory aversions) but the softness of the fabric made this a winner. He has been wearing this blanket for a few days now. Just him and his underwear and the blanket. It's evidently lightweight enough to be worn as a wrap around garment. Everything appears to be well sewn and of a good quality fabric. The piping edge is a different color blue than the rest of it. I am concerned about the fabric and our cats possibly snagging it, but only time will tell how that goes. I washed on a normal cycle in warm water and hung to dry. Only one washing, but it did well. Overall it's a great blanket that really does have a nice cooling effect and is comfortable. Very happy with it.
