I run hot. Then add summer weather and menopause. It's dreadful! And to top it off, I'm one of those people who can't sleep without a blanket. Saw the glowing reviews for this so had to give it a try. I don’t understand the technology of this fabric but it really works. One side is particularly cooling but when it eventually warms up, I just flip the blanket briefly to cool it down. But it takes a while for the blanket to lose its cool. Highly recommend.

Cool side really feels cool though can slip, tucking would help so I recommend ordering a size up. The reverse side is not slippery, but not cool. Nice thickness, easy to home launder.

Does cool. I got this because it's very hard to sleep at night due to my hot flashes. I'm still playing around with the exact combination of hot and cold so that I can sleep through the night.But this helps a lot. It's very cozy and soft too. I got this on a very good sale, and i'm not sure that I would have purchased it full price. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and we'll definitely continue to use it.
